How much is Postage and Packaging?

UK delivery - £2.70

Everywhere else - £4.00 + 30p for each additional item

Parcels are send via Royal Mail standard delivery service.

All products will be lovingly gift wrapped ready to give as presents. If you are purchasing with the intention to give as a gift, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will address the receiver accordingly. 

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Once you have placed an order and payment has been received via Paypal, you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order. As some orders are made to order, please allow 3-7 working days for your item(s) to arrive. However, during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas, there may be slight delays in getting your products to you. Overseas parcels can take between 1 - 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.

All orders will be posted to the address provided by yourselves at checkout. Please note that once the order has been sent, it is out of our control and we therefore can not be held responsible for any damages or losses.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We at Dainty Roses hope you love your fashion accessories, but if for any reason you have any problems, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item at [email protected] with your full name, PayPal email address, item code, description of the problem and whether you would like to return or exchange, and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. 

Once we have contacted you about the issue, you will need to send the item in its original packaging, preferably in the box/jiffy bag it came in (or any packaging that will protect the item from being damaged) to the designated address provided. Return postal charges are to be made by, you, the customer. We recommend that you send the goods by recorded delivery to make sure that they are returned to us safe and sound, as only then can we begin the refund process.

Once we have received your item, we will process a refund to the original source of payment. This amount will not include the original postal charges. Please allow up to 5 days for the funds to reach you.
